When the situation presents itself, we encourage personal participation through work and play. Involve everyone in planning your activities if possible. Divide up roles to make sure everyone has a way to contribute.

We are all trying to take care of our own personal well being and work hard to make sure we have our own self under control. There is little to no room for other peoples 'stuff'. If conflict does arise, take time to sit down and alternate between listening and talking.
